cut on the min2MAX compilation started causing such comprehensive damage to dancefloors last summer.

The EP kicks off with the thousand yard stare of Magda’s beautifully crafted, percussive dub, complete with morphing, distorted motif, bouncing acid bass and subtle use of space. Then there’s Konrad Black’s energetic signal to rave : hookline, phat electro bass and nu school flavor.

On the flip : rolling groove of Sascha Funke (bpitch control). With out bassline, skanking hi-hat patterns and hypnotic melody. The EP concludes with the fever created by Plastikman’s night dive into the track’s murkiest depths. An eight minute subsonic adventure !

Hommage aux premières heures de jeff mills et robert hood avec une bass line hypnotique à la "Doepfler". Leviathan est plus influencé par les américains steve reich ou terry riley : néant minimaliste façon groovy.

After his 1st solo ep on kling klong Arnaud Rebotini continue to expore out of the Black strobe area on goodlife. Here's he's tribute to the techno detroit godfathers . The wood is an hommage to early jeff mills and robert hood tracks with some wierd "Doepfler" hypnotic bass line and on top a tweeky sequence for a maximun impact on the dancefloor. On the other side Leviathan it's more influenced by america minimalist as steve reich or terry riley give the dancefloor a groovy melancolic vide".

Producer and singer from Black Strobe Arnaud Rebotini was raised on funk and disco by his father nonetheless he rebelled and formed death metal and noise grunge bands. A student in computer science, he was soon seduced by technology, bought a 303 and began crafting skewed electronica and techno. In 2000 he released an album 'Organique' under the moniker Zend Avesta, an experimental pop project. A classical buff he also works for the GRM, a state institution created by veteran innovators Pierre Henry and Pierre Schaeffer devoted to contemporary music. Arnaud is an eclectic and brilliant composer always involved in new exciting projects. He is also a great DJ surprising and moving the crowd with accurate choices. Many producers asked him remixes such like Oliver Huntemann, Zen Kei or Savas Pascalidis.
